Kelvin N. Dixon is a retired Rear Admiral with over three decades of military and civilian experience in leadership, management, and strategy. He has extensive experience working with government regulatory agencies, including the FDA, OSHA, MSHA, DHS, and DOT, on issues ranging from safety compliance and security management to transportation systems.

An accomplished engineer with an MBA in entrepreneurial studies and a master’s in Business Management, he has a keen sense of precision and a track record of developing innovative processes. He has successfully led teams and overseen large-scale projects with a focus on originality and transformation.
