Meet Tiffani Brown. Designer of next-generation learning experiences fueled by radical empathy and human connection.Currently, Tiffani is thriving in the AI space leveraging emerging technology to support educator wellness and stave off burnout and attrition. With experience building policy and guidance as well as recent certification from F3 Law in Navigating Legal and Ethical Boundaries in the AI Classroom. 

Tiffani is adept at creating training, workshops, and coaching around Ethics, Bias, and Accuracy while integrating AI into classroom content and large-scale organizations. Tiffani is a proud affiliate of AIEducators and a founding member of the Human Intelligence Movement.An educator with a career spanning 15+ years in the K-12 school and higher education systems and Master’s degrees in Teaching and English Literature/Film Studies, Tiffani has experience as a Director of Instructional Technology, a School Site Administrator, an Instructional Coach (Digital and Curriculum integration), and a classroom teacher. In this capacity, Tiffani honed her skills in creating and implementing innovative and challenging content, coaching new teachers, and spearheading the district’s first 1:1 iPad program. 

Her accolades extend beyond her academic credentials, as she is also a Google Apps for Education Certified Trainer, and the outgoing President of San Diego CUE, where she was recently awarded the prestigious honor of Gold Disk recipient in 2022.  Tiffani’s work projects included the launch of a Parent Engagement Series, which included evenings designed to increasing parent Engagement, Awareness, and Access. This community commitment complements her work with the Center for Inclusive Technology in Education where she and her team collaborated with students, families, and colleagues to craft the first-ever National Assistive Technology Framework. 

Ms. Brown also enjoys working with the next generation of educational leaders in her capacity as an adjunct faculty member at National University and a Program Designer and instructor at the University of San Diego. In addition to her education career, Tiffani is passionate about raising and training service dogs which aligns with her mission of being an emotional wellness champion. Tiffani loves working in collaborative teams and creating a joyful, innovative work environment while sharing her infectious energy with her colleagues. Tiffani is a Pioneer/Integrator under the Deloitte Business Chemistry model and a Shaper under the Belbin Team Roles model.
