James Pfautz is a technology entrepreneur, leadership consultant, and award-winning trainer with over thirty years of experience. He has a unique blend of first-hand experience across corporate, government, and international business. James has a proven track record of founding training and technology firms and was awarded the Technology Innovation Adaptability in Military Operations Prize for using predictive analytics to reduce risk. More recently, he won the 2023 Adele Mayo award for creating a leadership training curriculum.

He holds a Master of International Studies from the National War College, a Master of Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy. He is deeply versed in the works of Deming, Senge, Reason, Covey, McGregor, and Drucker.
